At Tri-City Men’s Health, our mission is to help you reach optimal health. Please complete the form below to book an appointment with a Tri-City Men’s Health specialist.
During the initial appointment labs are drawn, and if appropriate, after seeing a medical provider, you may be placed on testosterone. Tri-City Men’s Health does not accept insurance at this time. The first appointment is 250$ and this includes labs and an in-depth medical history and physical. We are very excited to assist you in your health journey! We offer discounts to our veterans, healthcare providers and first responders!
